Mail: Performance Marketing Specialist (Finance & Crypto Industry)
We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Finance and Crypto advertising. This is a full-time onsite role in Gurgaon, ideal for candidates who excel in high-paced, ROI-driven environments and are confident handling large-scale ad budgets.
You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with complete ownership of performance, tracking, optimization, and compliance. This position requires deep industry understanding, sharp analytical skills, and hands-on experience creating strategies from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram
Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery
Execute daily optimization, refine targeting, and maximize ROI.
Budget Management
Manage monthly ad budgets ranging between ₹20–50 lakhs.
Allocate spends effectively while achieving performance goals.
Tracking & Analytics
Implement and manage:
Pixel setups
S2S (Server-to-Server) tracking
CRM postbacks
Google Tag Manager & Conversion API
Build attribution frameworks and monitor funnel performance (Click → Lead → FTD).
Creative Collaboration
Work closely with design and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Provide insights for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Stay updated with financial and crypto advertising policies.
Ensure all campaigns meet industry and platform compliance standards.
Reporting & Insights
Create performance dashboards using:
Google Analytics
Meta Business Suite
Looker Studio
Present insights, recommendations, and campaign outcomes to internal teams.
Mandatory Requirements (Do Not Apply Without These)
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience working specifically with Finance or Crypto clients
✔ Proven hands-on experience across both Meta Ads and Google Ads
✔ Experience handling ₹20 lakh+ monthly budgets
✔ Strong understanding of the Indian domestic finance & crypto consumer landscape
✔ Ability to build strategies from scratch and scale them independently
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and attribution skills
Preferred Skills
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
Experience in:
ROAS-driven optimization
CPA/CPC/CPM strategies
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Strong communication and presentation skills
