About the Role

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a highly experienced CRM Manager for a leading manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong sales background who enjoy driving customer satisfaction, enhancing retention, and optimizing the complete customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead CRM operations, collaborate closely with sales and service teams, and use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and deliver measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

  • Lead the CRM team to ensure timely customer support and seamless communication.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through customer data analysis to drive sales growth.

  • Manage the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding to post-sales service.

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.

  • Monitor customer feedback and initiate process improvements to elevate the customer experience.

  • Set CRM performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

  • Ensure effective utilization and optimization of CRM/ERP tools.

  • Train, mentor, and guide the CRM team to deliver excellent service.

  • Candidates from Doors, Hardware, or Building Materials industry are preferred.
