About the Role

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a highly experienced CRM Manager for a leading manufacturing organization. In this role, you will lead CRM operations, collaborate closely with sales and service teams, and use data-driven insights to improve customer engagement and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

• Lead the CRM team to ensure timely customer support and seamless communication.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through customer data analysis to drive sales growth.

• Manage the complete customer lifecycle—from onboarding to post-sales service.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues.

• Monitor customer feedback and initiate process improvements to elevate the customer experience.

• Set CRM performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.

• Ensure effective utilization and optimization of CRM/ERP tools.

• Train, mentor, and guide the CRM team to deliver excellent service.
