As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic, cross-functional projects that enhance planning, improve operations, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Growth, Operations, Marketing, and Tech to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact strategic programs from ideation to execution.

  • Break down complex problems into structured plans and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.

  • Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Partner with Analytics/BI teams for data-backed forecasting & decision-making.

  • Identify whitespace and growth opportunities with leadership.

  • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and correct course using real-time data.

  • Build frameworks, SOPs, and scalable processes.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments by bringing structure to ambiguity.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in Program Management / Business Operations / Strategic Planning / Demand Planning.

  • Graduation from Tier-1 institutes (IIT / NIT / NSU / ISB / IIM preferred).

  • Strong business acumen and demand-planning capability.

  • Ability to build programs from 0–1 and drive execution independently.

  • Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools.

  • Experience in forecasting and strategic program execution.

  • Startup or fast-paced ecosystem experience preferred.

  • Founder’s Office or OTA (Online Travel Agency) experience is a strong plus.
