Senior SEO & ASO Associate – Tours & Travels Industry (Gurgaon)

Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a Senior SEO & ASO Associate for a fast-growing travel-tech client. The ideal candidate will lead SEO growth, LLM/AI-driven search strategies, and App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve website rankings, app visibility, and user acquisition across Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

This is a high-impact role suited for candidates who are passionate about search engines, analytics, AI-led optimization, and mobile growth.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Develop and implement effective on-page & off-page SEO strategies.

• Conduct advanced keyword research to identify ranking opportunities.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, schema, and internal linking structures.

• Improve technical SEO including site speed, crawlability, and mobile experience.

• Perform competitor analysis to understand market trends and strengths.

• Manage high-quality link-building activities to boost domain authority.

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs & Moz.

• Collaborate with tech teams for smooth implementation of SEO recommendations.

• Use LLM/AI-driven methods to scale content optimisation and semantic keyword mapping.

ASO (App Store Optimization)

• Optimize app listings (title, descriptions, keywords, icons, screenshots & videos).

• Conduct ASO-specific keyword research and metadata optimization.

• Study app store algorithms and apply insights for ranking improvements.

• Work with design and product teams to enhance creatives and UI/UX.

• Monitor app reviews, ratings, user behavior & conversion metrics.

• Support user acquisition with ASO-led paid marketing strategies.

• Implement A/B testing for creatives and metadata to improve conversions.

📌 Mandatory Criteria

• Proven experience in SEO, LLM/AI-led SEO & ASO.

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs & Moz.

• Understanding of mobile user behavior and app store algorithms.

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics.

• Strong knowledge of SEO + ASO content strategy.

• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
