About the Opportunity
Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP is hiring for the position of Associate Program Manager – Business Development for one of our esteemed clients in the Travel & Tourism industry. This role involves strategic program management, brand building, partner engagement, and execution-driven business development.
The ideal candidate is a female professional from a Startup or Ecommerce background with strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
🟦 Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Market Mapping
Conduct deep research to understand the operator/partner landscape.
Identify gaps, whitespace areas, and growth opportunities.
Analyze operator behaviour—emotionally, logically, and commercially.
2. Brand Strategy & Narrative Building
Develop compelling messaging and brand storytelling.
Strengthen partner relationships through impactful communication.
Ensure consistent brand tone and value-driven engagement.
3. Build & Execute Engagement Programs (0–1 Program Creation)
Plan, design, and implement digital/offline/hybrid engagement initiatives.
Test, refine, and scale GTM strategies based on performance insights.
Develop playbooks for standardized partner communication.
4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Oversee end-to-end execution with internal teams and external partners.
Create execution rituals, manage timelines, and drive accountability.
Ensure seamless delivery of engagement initiatives.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Build frameworks to measure engagement, brand lift, and ROI.
Track program metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
Present dashboards, reports, and documentation to leadership.

🎓 Education & Experience
Graduation in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in program management or partner engagement
Exposure to B2B or service-led environments preferred. Get direction
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, analysis, dashboards)
- Strong command over PowerPoint for documentation & leadership presentations
- Project management skills with hands-on execution capability
- Ability to build GTM plans, content frameworks, and engagement playbooks
- Research & insight generation using digital tools
- Experience creating structured reports, tracking sheets, & metrics
Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong academic foundation in communication, analytics, and business operations
- Exposure to marketing, research, or project-based coursework preferred
Master's Degree
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Operations, or Management is an added advantage
- Preferred for candidates with interest in brand strategy, business development, and program management
