⭐ Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead with deep experience in B2B SaaS product testing. You will lead the QA function, establish robust testing frameworks, guide the QA team, and ensure seamless product releases.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. QA Strategy & Process Setup

• Establish end-to-end QA processes for SaaS products.

• Ensure best practices for test planning, coverage, and release sign-off.

• Define and maintain regression, smoke, and sanity test frameworks.

2. Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and support QA engineers in daily execution.

• Plan team workload, allocate tasks, and conduct skill-building sessions.

• Ensure high productivity, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination.

3. Manual Testing Execution

• Conduct UI/UX testing, API testing, functional testing, and usability checks.

• Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists.

• Validate bug fixes, updates, and production releases.

4. QA Tools & Bug Tracking

• Use ClickUp, JIRA, or similar tools for test case management and bug reporting.

• Define and enforce bug severity/priority rules.

• Track issue resolution with development teams.

5. Automation (Preferred but Optional)

• Automate repetitive test cases (smoke/regression cycles).

• Work with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright if experienced.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Customer Support & Business Teams.

• Act as the final checkpoint to ensure product quality before each release.

7. Reporting & Quality Metrics

• Monitor and report QA metrics (bug count, coverage, defect leakage, etc.).

• Present weekly/monthly updates to leadership.

⭐ Mandatory Requirements (Strict Eligibility)

1. 8–10 years of QA experience in B2B SaaS companies.

2. 3–5 years as QA Lead / QA Manager managing QA teams.

3. Strong hands-on manual testing (UI, UX, API).

4. Proven ability to set up QA processes from scratch.

5. Skilled in test planning, writing test cases & managing full QA cycles.

6. Expert in regression, smoke, and sanity testing.

7. Experience with ClickUp, JIRA, or similar QA tools.

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SaaS architecture & cloud-based product workflows.

• Experience with automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).

• Strong communication, documentation & problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

• Graduation in any discipline (Technical degree preferred but not mandatory).
