This is a high-impact strategic leadership role designed for a hands-on, data-driven marketing leader who can drive branding, performance marketing, global GTM execution, and demand generation across multiple international markets.


Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead with proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, digital strategy, and performance-driven execution.
This role will lead cross-functional marketing initiatives, own GTM plans, manage global campaigns, and drive measurable impact on brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.

This is NOT a traditional managerial role—this is a hands-on leadership position requiring full ownership of strategy, execution, analytics, and ROI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & GTM Ownership

  • Build and execute integrated B2B SaaS marketing strategies for domestic and international markets.

  • Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for launches, upgrades, features, and product segments.

  • Manage P&L and deliver data-backed performance reports.

2. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Run ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, social media, email, and automation channels.

  • Optimize customer acquisition costs, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.

  • Oversee campaign attribution, analytics, and revenue contribution.

3. Brand, Content & Communication

  • Drive global and regional branding strategies with consistent messaging.

  • Lead the creation of high-value content: blogs, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, videos, and product collaterals.

  • Build strong brand positioning aligned with product and regional growth goals.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a multi-functional marketing team with performance-driven direction.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams.

  • Foster an accountable, innovative, and data-first team culture.

5. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Analyze global market trends, industry benchmarks, competitor positioning, and customer insights.

  • Use findings to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

6. Event & Campaign Management

  • Plan product launches, webinars, workshops, digital events, and partnership initiatives.

  • Execute marketing roadmaps aligned with quarterly and annual objectives.

7. Analytics, Reporting & SaaS Metrics

  • Use analytics tools to measure performance (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Track key SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, RAOS, ARPA, and optimize campaign performance.

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reports.


Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)

  1. 5–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (non-negotiable).

  2. Strong digital marketing expertise (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email, social).

  3. Proven track record in lead generation across international markets.

  4. Ability to independently manage marketing budgets and ROI reporting.

  5. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance dashboards.

  6. Excellent English communication & presentation skills.

  7. Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, etc.).

  8. Experience in both strategy + hands-on execution.


Preferred Skills

  • Branding, storytelling & content creation

  • HubSpot, Zoho, or similar automation tools

  • Experience with hospitality-tech SaaS (PMS, RMS, OTA, Channel Manager)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Segment

  • Cross-functional leadership & stakeholder alignment

  • Strong creativity with data-driven decision-making


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
