About the Client
Our client is a rapidly growing nutraceutical and clinical nutrition company specializing in protein supplements for Pediatrics, Prenatal Care (OBGYN), and CKD patients. The brand focuses on clean formulations, clinical credibility, and FSSAI compliance. The company works closely with doctors, hospitals, dietitians, and pharmacies to improve patient nutrition outcomes.
Position Objective
To drive doctor prescriptions and retail movement for the company’s protein range, achieve 100–150 units in the first month, and maintain 15–20% month-on-month growth through scientific detailing, chemist activation, and patient awareness programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Coverage & Prescription Generation
Meet 10–12 Doctors per day (Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Nephrologists, Physicians, Dietitians).
Detail product benefits, composition, protein type, dosage, and clinical rationale.
Convert minimum 20% of new doctors into active prescribers monthly.
Conduct OPD sampling, antenatal camps, dialysis-center activities, and small CMEs.
2. Sales & Growth Execution
Achieve 100–150 units in the first 30 days through follow-ups and patient conversions.
Ensure 15–20% growth in monthly unit sales.
Track SKU-wise sales, analyze doctor-wise performance, and drive repeat prescriptions.
3. Chemist & Channel Management
Maintain 20+ active chemists/stockists with regular replenishment.
Ensure visibility, stock availability, and merchandising updates.
Identify new OPDs, NICUs, antenatal classes, dialysis units, and clinics for business expansion.
4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
Daily CRM updates: doctor visits, sample drops, order status.
Weekly sales tracker submission.
Collect and report competitor activities, new doctor opportunities, and area insights.
5. Relationship Building & CME Activities
Plan 1 CME or in-clinic round table per month.
Build strong relationships with high-potential doctors and dietitians.
Candidate Profile
Education
B.Sc., B.Pharm, Nutrition, or Dietetics preferred.
Experience
1–4 years in Nutraceuticals, Pediatrics, OBGYN, or Nephrology segment.
Skills & Requirements
Own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
Strong communication in English + local language.
High field discipline, persuasive communication, and sales-driven mindset.
