Candidates will only be shortlisted if they have:
1–3 years of project/program management experience in Financial Services / Banking / NBFC / FinTech
Strong data analysis capabilities and hands-on SQL querying skills
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Exposure to financial operations processes and workflows
Strong communication skills for stakeholder and client management
Experience with process mapping, optimization, and implementation
👍 Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with automation or BI tools
Consulting or software implementation background
