Compensation
Salary Range: PHP 28 – 33 LPA
Equivalent (USD): Up to USD 36,000 per annum

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and scale sales operations across the Philippines hospitality market.
The role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth, managing and mentoring sales teams, expanding market presence, and closing enterprise-level SaaS deals within the hospitality technology domain.
This position is best suited for a senior sales professional with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver consistent revenue results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
Lead, manage, and coach Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Telesales teams
Drive achievement of 100%+ monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of sales team members
Ensure 100% CRM compliance, with HubSpot as the preferred platform
Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement
Own regional revenue targets across new customer acquisition, licenses, ARPA, LTV, and MRR
Drive sustainable growth in recurring revenue and deal values
Maintain a minimum 3× healthy sales pipeline
Track and analyze forecasting, pipeline metrics, and target performance
Customer Retention & Account Growth
Reduce churn and improve long-term customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Market Expansion & Enterprise Sales
Expand market presence across key hospitality regions in the Philippines
Close enterprise and multi-property hotel group deals (5+ properties)
Build partnerships with hotel associations, tourism bodies, and industry stakeholders
Lead and represent the organization at events, webinars, and roadshows
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Share market insights with product, marketing, and support teams
Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal processes
Mandatory Screening Criteria
Native Philippines candidates only
5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Hospitality Technology sales
Proven experience managing BDMs and Telesales teams
Demonstrated ownership of regional revenue targets, pipeline management, and MRR growth
Strong understanding of the Philippines hospitality and enterprise hotel market
Proficiency in Filipino and English (mandatory)
Strong numerical and analytical skills (forecasting, revenue analysis, pipeline metrics)
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Willingness to travel frequently across regions
