Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Finance Solutions / Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end client implementations of Bluecopa’s finance automation platform.
This role requires a strong blend of finance domain knowledge, project management expertise, and technical skills (SQL & data workflows). You will act as the primary bridge between clients, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for fintech and financial services customers.

Strong preference for candidates with implementation / project delivery background
Salary (CTC)
₹22 – 25 LPA
Compensation will be based on experience, skill depth, and interview performance

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Delivery
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for fintech and financial services clients
Own client onboarding, requirement gathering, solution configuration, UAT, and go-live
Translate accounting and treasury requirements into detailed implementation plans
Configure and deploy solutions for Record-to-Report (R2R), treasury, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
Finance & Domain Expertise
Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial workflows, and R2R processes
Support implementations involving treasury operations, cash management, and liquidity workflows
Guide clients on best practices for financial automation and reporting
Technical & Data Responsibilities
Write, validate, and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reconciliation
Manage ETL and data migration processes across client systems
Support integrations, data mapping, and validation activities
Stakeholder & Project Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams for timely delivery
Track project progress, risks, and milestones using Jira, Confluence, and Excel
Ensure high-quality documentation, SOPs, and implementation records
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must meet all of the following:
3+ years of implementation or project management experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows
Hands-on experience with Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
Treasury module experience (mandatory)
Strong hands-on SQL skills (joins, subqueries, validations)
Experience with MIS reporting
Background in Fintech / Financial Services only
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project management tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience implementing financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Blackline, Anaplan, NetSuite
Exposure to API integrations and data mapping
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Knowledge of reconciliation, AR/AP, month-end close, and reporting systems
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
