House Manager (MD Residence) – Indirapuram Ghaziabad

We are seeking a smart, active, and service-oriented House Manager with a strong hospitality background to manage the private residence of the Managing Director. This role requires a high level of responsibility, discretion, and organizational excellence to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-maintained household operations.

You will be responsible for maintaining a warm, professional residential environment while ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director’s residence

• Ensure all household materials, groceries, and supplies are consistently available and fresh

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across the residence

• Train, guide, and supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff on service etiquette, presentation, and discipline

• Monitor and maintain high-quality serving standards and overall service excellence

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely supplies, repairs, and maintenance

• Maintain smooth coordination and positive working relationships with all household members

• Track inventory and plan replenishments proactively

• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful conduct at all times

Candidate Profile

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age: 40 years

Education (Mandatory):

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality

Experience:

• Experience in household management, hospitality, guest house, or premium residential setups preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong service mindset with excellent hospitality etiquette

• Ability to manage, train, and coordinate domestic staff

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Smart, active, proactive, and solution-oriented personality

• Responsible, trustworthy, and well-mannered

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
