Job Overview
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director serves as an extension of the MD’s office, playing a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strict confidentiality, and effective execution of strategic and personal priorities.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role that requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, while also supporting the MD in business, administrative, and personal matters. The role demands mobility, flexibility, maturity, strong coordination skills, and excellent execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
MD Office & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Manage the MD’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely task execution, follow-ups, and process compliance.
Documentation, Reporting & Execution
4. Organize, manage, and maintain official and personal documents with complete confidentiality.
5. Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and action points; escalate delays or risks proactively.
6. Assist in strategic planning, MIS review, reporting, and performance tracking.
Cross-Functional Coordination
7. Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, CRM, Legal, and Admin teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment.
Personal & Special Assignments
8. Handle personal coordination tasks for the MD, including finance tracking, property-related matters, and family coordination.
9. Manage and update the MD’s social media presence and digital communication, where required.
10. Travel and move with the MD for meetings, site visits, and business requirements as needed.

Qualifications
Education (Regular Mode Only):
B.Com / M.Com
B.Tech (Computer Science)
MBA (HR / Finance)
Professional & Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
MS Excel / Google Sheets (MIS, reporting, data management)
MS Word / Google Docs (documentation, drafting, formatting)
Google Drive (file management and collaboration)
Good understanding of data handling, documentation systems, coordination workflows, and reporting mechanisms
Personal & Behavioral Traits
Confident, presentable, and professional personality
Polite, soft-spoken, and mature communication style
Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
