As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving app growth, managing paid media initiatives, optimizing CAC, and scaling user acquisition through innovative digital channels.

🎯 Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns focused on new user acquisition and engagement through digital platforms.

This role is central to driving growth by ensuring high ROI, efficient CAC, and scalable acquisition strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and business stakeholders.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital touchpoints

• Drive new user acquisition and app installs through paid media strategies

• Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to leadership

• Leverage data and consumer insights to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging

• Scale acquisition through innovative channels and growth experiments

• Run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing flows, and targeting strategies

• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and business teams

• Provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional marketing initiatives

• Identify and improve high-impact user journeys and engagement touchpoints

✅ Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following:

1. 3.5–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

2. Strong exposure to App Marketing in a product-based company or agency

3. Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing ROI-driven campaigns

4. Demonstrated ability to scale consumer acquisition using innovative strategies

5. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and evolving platforms

6. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days preferred

7. Must be from a scalable app-based startup environment only

❌ Candidates from non-product or non-app-based organizations may not be suitable.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)

• Strong experience in App Performance Marketing & Paid Media Strategy

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

• Hands-on experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and funnels
