The role offers high ownership, end-to-end responsibility across accounting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, and reporting, and the opportunity to work closely with senior management and global stakeholders.
🎯 Role Summary
As Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance, accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and reporting within the Indian regulatory environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and ownership.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities
Manage Tax, GST, and TDS compliances, including calculations, deposits, returns, reconciliations, and assessments
Prepare, manage, and circulate compliance calendars
Oversee and review Accounts Payable operations
Manage Month-End Close (MEC) including Balance Sheet & P&L finalization
Prepare and review Monthly Management Reports / MIS packs
Review MEC checklists and ensure timely closures
Handle Advance Tax workings and tax reconciliations
Manage Annual Budget preparation, variance analysis (Budget vs Actual), and true-up / true-down workings
Provide budgeted seat cost data (IT, Admin, OHs) to corporate management
Lead and ensure timely, clean closure of Statutory Audits
Manage GST registrations and review GST returns
Handle Tax reconciliation for statutory audits
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of all Finance & Accounts activities
Coordinate and manage Secretarial compliances with practicing Company Secretaries
Prepare ad-hoc financial and statutory reports (ITR-6, budgeting, audit requirements, etc.)
Work extensively on Intacct (mandatory)
✅ Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all of the following:
CA Qualified only (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of post-CA experience
Strong hands-on experience in IND AS
Deep expertise in Accounting & Statutory Compliances within the Indian regulatory framework
Proven experience handling GST registrations, GST returns, and compliance tracking
Strong expertise in Tax, GST, and TDS — calculations, deposits, returns, reconciliations, and assessments
Hands-on experience managing Month-End Close, BS & P&L finalization
Ability to prepare and review Monthly MIS / Management Reports
Experience in Advance Tax workings and statutory audit tax reconciliations
End-to-end ownership of Statutory Audits with clean and timely closure
Strong experience in Annual Budgeting and Variance Analysis
Ability to manage and review Accounts Payable operations
Working knowledge of Indian Secretarial compliances (with CS coordination)
Mandatory hands-on experience with Intacct
❌ Candidates without CA qualification or Intacct experience will not be considered.
