Role Overview
We are hiring a National Business P&L Head to lead Pan-India expansion of a luxury furniture brand through franchise, master franchise, distributor, super stockist, and exclusive brand store (EBO) models.
This is a senior leadership, P&L-driven role responsible for revenue growth, channel profitability, showroom rollout, partner acquisition, and luxury brand representation across India.
The role requires a leader with deep experience in premium / luxury retail, strong franchise economics understanding, and the ability to scale aggressively while maintaining brand exclusivity.
Key Objectives
Build a Pan-India franchise & distribution ecosystem
Appoint Master Franchisees, Super Stockists, Distributors & EBO partners
Drive revenue growth, showroom rollout & market penetration
Maintain luxury brand positioning, partner quality & operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise & Channel Expansion
Design and execute the national franchise & distribution strategy
Identify, evaluate, and onboard:
Master Franchisees (state / regional)
Super Stockists
Distributors
Exclusive Brand Store (EBO) franchise partners
Define investment models, ROI structures & commercial terms
Close high-value partners with strong financial and retail credentials
2. Revenue & P&L Ownership
Own Pan-India sales targets and channel P&L
Drive order bookings, showroom sales, and repeat business
Track state-wise and partner-wise performance
Ensure profitable growth aligned with luxury margins
3. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
Lead end-to-end partner acquisition from lead generation to signing
Build long-term relationships with:
HNI / UHNI investors
Retail chains
Real estate groups
Conduct partner performance reviews and expansion planning
4. Showroom & Market Development
Guide franchise partners on:
Showroom location selection
Store size, layout & luxury experience
Visual merchandising & brand guidelines
Coordinate with design, operations, and supply chain teams
Support multi-city showroom launches and rollouts
5. Brand Representation & Market Presence
Act as national brand ambassador
Ensure consistent luxury positioning and customer experience
Represent the brand at:
Expos & exhibitions
Franchise events
Investor meets
Balance rapid expansion with brand exclusivity and quality standards
6. Team Leadership
Build and lead regional sales & channel development teams
Set KPIs, targets, and accountability frameworks
Mentor teams in luxury selling and channel negotiations

Strong background in:
Franchise investment models
ROI & commercial structuring
High-value product sales
Experience engaging with HNI / UHNI investors
Ownership of multi-city showroom rollouts
Ability to operate in founder-led, fast-scaling environments
