About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth in the UAE market for a technology-led organization operating in the EV / energy / SaaS ecosystem. This is a high-impact, on-ground role requiring strong B2B sales ownership, relationship management, and the ability to close long and complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Own and grow the UAE enterprise sales pipeline across key customer segments
Drive new customer acquisition through outbound sales, referrals, partnerships, and events
Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, solution pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, deal structuring, and strategic accounts
Account Management
Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure long-term relationship growth
Coordinate with internal global teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer success
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Build relationships with system integrators, OEMs, EPCs, and channel partners
Support partner-led opportunities and joint go-to-market initiatives
Identify and onboard new ecosystem partners in the UAE / GCC region
Events & Market Presence
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums across UAE & GCC
Network with decision-makers and key stakeholders in the EV / energy ecosystem
Convert event leads into qualified sales opportunities
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track and report on sales pipeline, deal progress, and revenue forecasts
Share insights on competition, pricing trends, and customer requirements
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine regional positioning
Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Native Dubai candidate only
4–8 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in SaaS / technology-led solutions
Strong experience owning and closing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Ability to manage and expand enterprise accounts
Comfortable working independently as the on-ground sales representative
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel across UAE / GCC as required
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, mobility, or smart infrastructure
Familiarity with UAE / GCC enterprise or government procurement processes
Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or partner-led sales models
