Department: Digital, Brand & E-commerce

Role Purpose

As Head of Digital & Growth, you will own and scale the complete digital growth engine for Estrip, driving measurable business impact across D2C (B2C) and OEM (B2B) channels.
Your mission is to translate brand ambition into high-performing digital funnels, leveraging performance marketing, analytics, content, and cross-functional digital teams to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and data—and wants to build a category-defining digital playbook in the detergent & homecare FMCG space.


What You Will Own & Drive

1. Digital Growth Strategy

  • Define and execute a holistic digital growth roadmap across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Balance short-term revenue growth with long-term brand and LTV expansion.

  • Identify new growth levers across platforms, formats, and partnerships.

2. Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Lead and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and emerging platforms.

  • Own media planning, budget allocation, CAC optimization, and ROAS improvement.

  • Manage and challenge external agencies with clear KPIs, testing frameworks, and accountability.

3. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

  • B2C (D2C):

    • Optimize full-funnel journeys from acquisition to repeat purchase and subscriptions.

    • Improve CRO across website, landing pages, checkout, and retention flows.

  • B2B (OEM):

    • Build and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and qualification funnels.

    • Align digital leads with sales/OEM teams for faster and higher-quality conversions.

4. Content, SEO & Influencer Growth

  • Drive SEO-led organic growth across product, category, and problem-solution keywords.

  • Scale influencer collaborations that deliver both reach and performance.

  • Ensure content supports conversion, credibility, and discoverability, not just visibility.

5. Data, Analytics & Attribution

  • Implement and own GA4, attribution models, pixels, and end-to-end tracking.

  • Build dashboards tracking CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV, lead quality, funnel drop-offs, and conversions.

  • Use insights to guide decision-making, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead and mentor Social, Web, Content & Design teams for aligned, high-velocity execution.

  • Set clear goals, workflows, and performance metrics for in-house teams and partners.

  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, Product, and OEM teams to ensure digital supports business priorities.

7. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct continuous competitive benchmarking in the detergent & homecare D2C space.

  • Track trends, new formats, and consumer behavior shifts to keep Estrip ahead of the curve.

8. Campaign & Launch Planning

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns around:

    • New product launches

    • OEM outreach initiatives

    • Brand and awareness programs


What Makes You a Strong Fit

You are likely to succeed in this role if you:

  • Have 6–10 years of experience in digital growth / performance marketing, with FMCG experience being mandatory.

  • Have built or scaled D2C brands and understand subscription, repeat, and retention economics.

  • Bring hands-on expertise across Meta, Google Ads, marketplaces, SEO, CRO, and analytics.

  • Are deeply comfortable with numbers, dashboards, attribution, and unit economics.

  • Have experience managing agencies and cross-functional digital teams.

  • Can think strategically but also roll up your sleeves to solve execution challenges.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and can translate data into action.
