Role Overview
Orbit Global is hiring a Content & Brand Strategist on behalf of a fast-growing FMCG brand in the homecare space.
This role is ideal for a strategic content professional who can own brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across B2C and OEM (B2B) channels. You will play a central role in shaping how the brand communicates its value—from packaging and campaigns to OEM presentations and trade communication.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Messaging & Voice
Develop and own the brand’s core messaging, tone of voice, and storytelling framework.
Ensure consistency across all brand and OEM communication touchpoints.
Define and maintain brand language and copy guidelines.
Product & Packaging Communication
Create product benefit copy, packaging text, and claims aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
Translate technical R&D features and formulations into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
Collaborate with R&D, design, and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Content Development (B2C & B2B)
Write content for:
Websites and landing pages
Advertising and campaign creatives
Brochures, flyers, and product literature
OEM sales decks and presentations
B2B / OEM Communication
Develop OEM-focused communication, including:
Outreach mailers and pitch narratives
Trade brochures and case studies
LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content
Support sales teams with clear, compelling storytelling for partner engagement.
Video & Scriptwriting
Script product videos, ad films, testimonials, and educational content.
Work closely with creative and video teams to bring concepts to life.
Competitive & Market Benchmarking
Benchmark global detergent sheet and homecare brands for:
Messaging styles
Claims language
Brand positioning approaches
Apply insights to strengthen brand differentiation.
Candidate Profile
4–8 years of experience in content strategy, brand communication, or copywriting.
Prior experience in FMCG, homecare, or consumer brands preferred.
Strong ability to balance brand storytelling with product and performance messaging.
Proven experience writing for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Comfortable translating technical or scientific information into simple, persuasive content.
Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
