About the Role

We are hiring an AI Artist for a leading OTT and digital entertainment platform that is redefining storytelling through AI-powered cinematic content, with a strong focus on regional Indian dialects and cultural narratives.

This role sits at the intersection of art, technology, and storytelling. You will work on creating visually compelling, emotionally rich video content using cutting-edge AI tools, blended seamlessly with live footage, sound, and motion design. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content using AI video generation tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Leonardo, Synthesia, or similar platforms.

• Generate, refine, and upscale AI-generated video clips for improved motion smoothness, resolution, and visual consistency.

• Blend AI visuals, live-action footage, music, and sound design into cohesive, story-driven outputs.

• Manage lip-sync accuracy and dialogue timing, especially for regional dialects (Haryanvi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri).

• Integrate AI voiceovers and sound tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Play.ht or equivalent).

• Collaborate closely with writers, creative directors, and content teams to align visuals with narrative intent.

• Design frames, environments, and characters using AI image and video tools while maintaining visual continuity.

• Experiment with AI VFX, generative camera movements, and cinematic effects to push creative boundaries.

• Document workflows and maintain a structured visual asset library.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices in generative media.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience creating video content using AI tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Leonardo, Synthesia, etc.).

• Strong working knowledge of video editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Experience in upscaling, motion enhancement, and visual refinement of AI-generated clips.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and narrative flow.

• Functional knowledge of AI-based voiceover and sound tools.

• Ability to manage lip-sync and audio timing in regional Indian dialects.

• Working understanding of cinematography, lighting, and film language.

• Deep interest in regional Indian culture and authentic storytelling.

Preferred Background

• Experience as a video editor, motion designer, VFX artist, or generative media artist.

• Prior exposure to AI-driven video workflows or experimental content creation.

• Experience working in OTT, streaming platforms, or digital-first content studios.

• Passion for blending creativity with emerging technologies.
