Job Overview

The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to support talent acquisition and HR operations at its corporate office in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in hiring top talent, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant-level positions

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social platforms

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate documentation

• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes

• Assist with HR operations and employee engagement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

• Meet hiring timelines and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (FMCG experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced corporate environment

• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
