Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Insurance-related certifications will be an added advantage

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in General Insurance

• Experience in insurance broking / corporate agency preferred

Compensation

• Salary: ₹50,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives as per company policy

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle and manage General Insurance products, including Motor, Health, Property, Marine, Liability, and other commercial lines

• Manage corporate and retail client relationships, ensuring high service quality and retention

• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, negotiations, policy issuance, and endorsements

• Ensure timely renewals and smooth servicing of GI policies

• Support clients in claims coordination and settlement, working closely with insurers and surveyors

• Assist in achieving business targets and revenue goals for the GI vertical

• Supervise and guide junior team members in day-to-day GI operations

• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and internal company processes

• Prepare MIS reports and track policy, renewal, and claims performance

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong working knowledge of General Insurance products and processes

• Excellent client handling and relationship management skills

• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities

• Team-handling and mentoring skills

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance focus
