Experience Required: 12–18 years in Marketing
Leadership Experience: Minimum 4+ years leading marketing teams (mandatory)
CTC Range: ₹80 LPA – ₹1.2 Cr+ (Negotiable)

⚠️ Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all the following conditions:
Must be from a multi-business group OR fast-scaling company (Education / Real Estate / Services / B2C scale businesses) OR companies with heavy lead-generation models.
12–18 years of overall marketing experience with minimum 4+ years in a leadership role (team management mandatory).
Proven experience managing large marketing budgets (₹10 Cr+ per month or equivalent scale).
Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and lead generation.
Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPA, funnel optimization.
Experience running campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Must have built and scaled marketing strategies, not just executed campaigns.
Strong ownership of brand positioning, communication, and creative direction.
Experience integrating marketing with CRM and analytics systems.
Comfortable working with GA4, dashboards, marketing automation, and data tracking tools.
🎯 Role Objective
The Vice President – Marketing will lead and own the entire marketing charter across multiple business verticals, driving scalable growth, strong brand presence, and predictable lead generation.
This role combines strategic leadership and execution excellence, ensuring all marketing efforts are unified under a single growth vision with clear ROI accountability.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a group-level marketing strategy aligned with leadership vision and business goals.
Lead cross-functional teams across Performance Marketing, Creative Design, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Media.
Own brand positioning, communication, and growth marketing across all business units.
Set quarterly & annual OKRs, marketing budgets, and ROI benchmarks.
Manage monthly marketing budgets exceeding ₹10 Cr.
2. Performance & Growth Marketing
Oversee paid marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention using data-driven strategies.
Monitor ROI, CAC, ROAS, and funnel efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, CRM, and analytics dashboards.
3. Creative & Brand Communication
Lead Creative Design and AI Design teams for high-impact campaigns.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Approve creatives, campaign themes, and ad copies for major launches.
4. Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Drive brand engagement and community building across social platforms.
Lead influencer partnerships for brand awareness and credibility.
Align social and influencer strategies with performance and PR goals.
5. Analytics, Technology & Automation
Implement and scale GA4, dashboards, CRM, and analytics frameworks.
Drive marketing automation for lead nurturing and lifecycle management.
Review weekly performance dashboards covering CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPA.
6. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams.
Hire, train, and upskill talent across marketing functions.
Collaborate closely with Chairman, COO, Sales, and Business Heads.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to leadership.
