Location: Gurgaon (Sector 48) | Hybrid | Up to 9 LPA

We are currently hiring for the position of Payroll Executive / Sr. Executive for a reputed organization based in Gurgaon (Sector 48).

📌 Position Details

• Role: Payroll Executive / Sr. Executive

• Employment Type: Contractual (4 months, extendable)

• Location: Gurgaon – Sector 48

• Mode of Work: Hybrid

• Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

• CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA

• Experience Required: 3–5 Years

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA

• Domain: Payroll Processing & Accounting

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing with 100% accuracy

• Handle arrears, overtime calculations, and new joiner salary validation

• Process Full & Final Settlements (EOSB, notice pay, leave encashment)

• Perform payroll accounting, GL reconciliation, and bank reconciliation

• Conduct headcount reconciliation and variance analysis

• Prepare MIS reports and maintain payroll trackers

• Coordinate effectively with HR, IT, and Finance teams

• Ensure timely online salary disbursement

• Prepare audit schedules and manual journal vouchers (JVs)

🛠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in India Payroll

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience working with SAP Payroll Module / Oracle HRMS

• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and statutory compliance

• Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Ability to manage timelines and ensure accuracy under pressure
