🌟 Role Purpose

Own and scale a high-impact consumer entertainment super app by driving product vision, user experience excellence, and growth loops.

This is not a feature-management role.

This role builds a habit-forming entertainment ecosystem that integrates audio, content, and digital engagement into users’ daily lives.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Product Strategy & End-to-End Ownership

• Define and own long-term product vision and roadmap
• Translate business goals into clear product priorities
• Decide what to build — and what NOT to build
• Ensure product aligns with a strong consumer entertainment positioning
• Avoid feature sprawl and build for measurable engagement


2️⃣ Product Design, UX & Behavioural Excellence

• Deep understanding of UX, user journeys & behavioural design
• Partner closely with UI/UX teams for intuitive, audio-first experiences
• Own full lifecycle: First install → Habit formation → Retention
• Continuously optimise user flows through drop-off & friction analysis


3️⃣ Technology & Platform Leadership

• Collaborate closely with Tech on feasibility, integrations & timelines
• Ensure clean implementation of analytics, attribution & tracking frameworks
• Work across AI integrations, voice tech, and content pipelines
• Balance speed with scalability


4️⃣ Growth Strategy & Platform Scaling

Own the full funnel:

Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Monetisation

Track and optimise:

• DAUs / MAUs
• Retention & Cohort performance
• Time spent / minutes consumed
• CPI, CAC, LTV

Drive collaboration with Marketing, Performance, SEO & Creative teams to scale efficiently.


5️⃣ Analytics & Decision Intelligence

• Establish strong dashboard-driven review systems
• Lead cohort analysis & behavioural insights
• Turn data into product action
• Drive weekly growth and product performance reviews


6️⃣ Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align Content, Tech, Design & Growth under unified KPIs
• Act as central product authority
• Drive execution clarity and timelines


✅ Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

1️⃣ Relevant Industry Background

Must come from leading audio / OTT / content platforms such as:

OR similar consumer digital entertainment platforms.

Strong preference for experience in:
• Audio-led consumer platforms
• OTT
• Digital media ecosystems


2️⃣ End-to-End Product Ownership

• 10–15+ years in Product / Growth roles
• Owned overall product vision — not just feature pods
• Built habit-forming consumer apps
• Demonstrated measurable engagement impact


3️⃣ Proven Growth & Scale Experience

• Scaled meaningful DAU/MAU numbers
• Owned acquisition & retention loops
• Hands-on with CPI, CAC, LTV optimisation


4️⃣ UX & Analytics Depth

• Strong UX principles & behavioural understanding
• Cohort analysis, drop-off optimisation
• Dashboard-led decision reviews


5️⃣ Tech & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Experience working deeply with engineering
• Exposure to AI integrations preferred
• Ability to align multi-functional teams toward KPIs
