Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring on behalf of a leading IT Services and Cybersecurity consulting organization for the role of Project Manager – Cybersecurity.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise to lead enterprise-level cybersecurity implementation projects.

This role requires a professional who has actively delivered client-facing enterprise technology implementations — not internal IT-only projects.

You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients while driving end-to-end cybersecurity solution delivery across full SDLC phases.

This is a combined Project Manager + Business Analyst role in a product-neutral cybersecurity delivery environment.

⚠️ Mandatory Screening Criteria

(Profiles not meeting these criteria will not be considered)

1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in:

   • IT Services

   • System Integration

   • Cybersecurity consulting companies

2. Proven experience managing client-facing enterprise implementation projects

3. Hands-on experience in:

   • Project initiation

   • AS-IS / TO-BE documentation

   • Requirement gathering

   • Gap analysis

4. Must have actively performed both Project Manager and Business Analyst responsibilities

5. Experience in:

   • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

   • Access Governance

   • Privileged Access

   • Enterprise Security implementations

6. Full SDLC lifecycle exposure:
   Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Go-live → Support transition

7. Experience working with international enterprise clients

🚫 Not Suitable If:

• Pure Scrum Master without documentation ownership

• Only Business Analyst without delivery accountability

• Internal IT-only project experience

• No enterprise client exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management and Business Analysis for cybersecurity initiatives

• Own complete requirement lifecycle including AS-IS / TO-BE documentation

• Drive stakeholder management across enterprise clients

• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions

• Coordinate design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live

• Ensure adherence to OEM-recommended best practices

• Manage project metrics, risks, issues, and mitigation planning

• Oversee milestone management (Fixed Bid) and resource planning (T&M)

• Liaise with internal finance for accurate billing

• Conduct periodic SWOT analysis and proactive risk identification

• Prepare structured project documentation and presentations

Core Role Expectations

• Strong Business Analysis capability

• Enterprise software delivery management experience

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

• IAM domain exposure (mandatory)

• Experience managing technical teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint

Educational Qualifications (Mandatory)

• MBA in IT Business Management (ITBM) or MBA IT Systems
  (MBA HR / Marketing / Finance not eligible)

• Engineering Graduate from:

  • ECE

  • EEE

  • IT

  • CSE

Additional Requirements

• Business formal grooming standards

Certifications (Preferred – Any One)

• PMP

• CISA

• CISM
