Your Role & Impact

As CCO, you will sit at the leadership table, working closely with the CEO/COO and Board to:

• Define and drive the agency’s long-term creative vision

• Lead large, multi-disciplinary creative teams

• Deliver high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

• Strengthen marquee client relationships at CXO level

• Drive innovation and agency-wide transformation

• Position the agency as a top-tier creative powerhouse

Creative Vision & Strategy

You will shape the creative direction of the agency and ensure award-worthy, business-impacting work.

You will be the senior-most creative partner to key clients and lead new business pitches.

⚠️ Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be from a Creative Agency or Marketing Agency background ONLY

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in advertising/marketing

• Proven senior creative leadership exposure

• Experience leading large creative teams in reputed agencies

• Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns (Digital + Traditional)

• Deep understanding of traditional and digital ecosystems

• Strong client-facing & senior stakeholder management skills

• Ability to define creative vision and lead agency transformation

Ideal Experience

• 15–20 years in advertising / integrated communications

• Previously held roles such as Creative Director / ECD / Head of Creative

• Experience working with top-tier brands

• Strong executive presence and industry credibility

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary Range: ₹60 Lakhs – ₹1.2 Crore per annum (depending on experience, agency scale handled, and portfolio strength)
