Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive for a leading Advertising and Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting advertising and branding solutions to businesses.
The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and generate revenue through advertising services such as digital marketing, branding, media campaigns, and promotional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for advertising and marketing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.
Present advertising solutions including digital marketing, branding, social media campaigns, and media planning.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for advertising services.
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and campaign teams to deliver client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising strategies.
Maintain client data and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing services
Ability to generate new business leads and close deals
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field
1–3 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing sales, media sales, or business development
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
Preferred Candidates
Experience in advertising agencies, media houses, or digital marketing companies
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google Ads, branding)
Strong client acquisition and relationship-building skills
