Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager for a leading Advertising Agency based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, supervising the accounting team, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have strong financial management skills, leadership abilities, and experience handling accounts in a marketing, advertising, or service-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and statutory financial requirements
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits
• Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the agency
• Reconcile bank statements and review account balances
• Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance
• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls

Required Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software, Tally, and MS Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• MBA in Finance / CMA / CA Inter preferred
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing finance teams
