About the Opportunity

Orbit Global is hiring a Google & Meta Ads Specialist on behalf of a leading digital advertising agency based in Gurugram that specializes in performance-driven campaigns across global markets.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management, particularly within Forex and Crypto verticals, and are experienced in managing high-budget performance campaigns.

You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery).

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Develop and optimize advertising strategies for Forex and Crypto clients.

Campaign Optimization

• Perform daily campaign monitoring and optimization.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.

• Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics.

Funnel & Conversion Management

• Build and monitor complete advertising funnels:

  Click → Lead → First Time Deposit (FTD)

• Manage conversion tracking and attribution models.

Tracking & Integration

• Implement and manage tracking through:

  • Google Tag Manager

  • Pixels and S2S tracking

  • CRM postback integrations

  • Conversion APIs

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance using:

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta Business Suite

  • Looker Studio

• Prepare performance reports and recommend campaign improvements.

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies related to Forex and Crypto promotions.

• Stay updated with platform policy updates and regulatory guidelines.

Collaboration

• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Provide insights for improving landing page conversion rates (CRO).

Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

• Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management.

• Experience managing high advertising budgets (₹20–50 lakh per campaign).

• Direct experience running Forex and Crypto advertising campaigns.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization strategies.
