About the Opportunity

Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP, a leading Executive Search and Recruitment Firm, is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing digital advertising and performance marketing organization based in Gurgaon.

This role offers the opportunity to work with global finance, crypto, fintech, and Web3 brands, managing influencer campaigns across multiple international markets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-performing influencer marketing campaigns, particularly in finance, crypto, trading, and Web3 sectors, and will be responsible for building relationships with influencers and delivering measurable campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Onboarding

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard finance, crypto, fintech, and trading influencers.

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the digital finance ecosystem.

• Source influencers through platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.

Influencer Campaign Management

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns including:

  • Instagram Reels

  • Stories

  • YouTube videos

  • Live sessions

  • Telegram promotions

• Manage multiple campaigns across global markets including India, Middle East, and South East Asia.

Influencer Evaluation & Strategy

• Analyze influencers based on:

  • Audience demographics

  • Engagement rate

  • Geography

  • Content quality

  • Past collaborations

• Select influencers who align with campaign goals and brand objectives.

Negotiation & Collaboration

• Negotiate influencer commercials, deliverables, campaign timelines, and performance expectations.

• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of campaign content.

Campaign Performance Tracking

• Track and evaluate campaign performance based on:

  • Views

  • Engagement

  • Click-through rates

  • Conversions

  • ROI

Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators and influencers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and resolve any collaboration issues.

Compliance & Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with trends in crypto, trading, Web3, and influencer marketing.

• Ensure influencer content complies with platform policies and financial advertising guidelines.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
✔ Experience managing campaign budgets of ₹5–8 lakh per campaign
✔ Experience working with Finance / Crypto / Trading / Web3 influencers
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Experience sourcing influencers through Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram
