1. Commercial Manager

📍 Location: Bengaluru
👤 Preferred Candidate: Male
⏳ Experience: Minimum 3 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2–3 commercial executives.

• Handle quotation preparation and pricing management.

• Support the sales team in commercial negotiations with clients.

• Participate in tender documentation and bid submissions.

• Review and validate contracts, commercial agreements, and purchase orders.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, finance, procurement, warehouse, and service teams.

• Monitor commercial performance, collections, and project documentation.

• Prepare and present commercial MIS reports for management.

2. Commercial Executive

📍 Location: Bengaluru
👤 Preferred Candidate: Male or Female
⏳ Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations.

• Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.

• Support tender participation and documentation preparation.

• Assist with vendor registrations and procurement portal submissions.

• Validate client purchase orders and commercial terms.

• Track advance payments and follow up on collections.

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and commercial records.

Key Skills & Competencies

✔ Strong commercial and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✔ Knowledge of contract and tender documentation
✔ Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / CRM systems
✔ Experience with Zoho or similar tools is preferred

Qualification

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
