Salary Budget: Up to ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Billing Engineer for a reputed client, Omaxe, based in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the construction industry and be proficient in billing, quantity estimation, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements

• Maintain accurate records of work progress and billing reports

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers

• Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for approvals

• Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis

• Track project costs and assist in budget monitoring

• Verify vendor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms

• Support in documentation related to project execution and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the construction industry (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ, and rate analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software

• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with reputed builders/developers

• Exposure to residential/commercial construction projects

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
