What You Will Do (Your Impact)
1. Talent Acquisition & Expansion Hiring
You will drive end-to-end hiring, ensuring the right talent joins at the right time to support business growth.
You will build strong pipelines for restaurant and support roles, especially for new outlet openings (T-45 / T-30 planning).
You will source creatively via job portals, referrals, social media, and local hiring drives.
You will partner with stakeholders, ensuring smooth hiring decisions aligned with business needs.
You will own the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
You will track and improve hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, pipeline health).
2. Onboarding & Employee Experience
You will ensure smooth joining experiences, from documentation to induction.
You will coordinate onboarding journeys, especially for new restaurant teams.
You will maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
You will actively contribute to a people-first culture, ensuring employees feel valued.
You will engage with employees on-ground, addressing queries and improving experience.
You will conduct stay & exit discussions, sharing insights to improve retention.
4. HR Operations
You will manage attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation efficiently.
You will support audits and compliance, ensuring zero gaps.
You will handle employee queries, creating a seamless HR experience.
5. Vendor Management
You will coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and compliance partners.
You will manage vendor processes, including invoicing and issue resolution.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)
Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
You come from Hospitality / QSR / Restaurant / Retail industry
You have 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
You have hands-on exposure to HR Operations
You possess strong stakeholder management skills

Experience Required
3+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
