About the Role

We are hiring an experienced EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) Consultant for a leading organization based in Gurugram.

This role involves designing and implementing enterprise data management solutions, ensuring data consistency, governance, and integration across financial and ERP systems. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and ERP teams to drive data accuracy and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 EDMCS Implementation & Configuration

• Design and implement Oracle EDMCS solutions
• Configure and manage financial hierarchies and master data structures
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance frameworks

🔹 Data Governance & Management

• Establish and maintain master data governance processes
• Implement data validation and quality control mechanisms
• Ensure consistency and integrity across systems

🔹 Integration & Data Migration

• Support data migration, mapping, and transformation activities
• Integrate EDMCS with source systems and ERP platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow

🔹 Support & Troubleshooting

• Identify and resolve system and data-related issues
• Conduct testing (UAT, SIT) and ensure smooth deployments
• Provide post-go-live support and enhancements

🔹 Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and ERP teams
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)
• Expertise in implementation and configuration of EDMCS solutions
• Solid understanding of:
  • Financial hierarchies
  • Master data management (MDM)
  • Data governance frameworks
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance + IT)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willingness to work from Gurugram office (On-site role)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
• Exposure to Oracle PaaS / integration solutions
• Experience in large-scale ERP or finance transformation projects
