About the Role

Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP is hiring an experienced FCCS Consultant (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) for a leading organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in financial consolidation, close processes, and Oracle Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for implementing and managing FCCS applications, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting enterprise-wide consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 FCCS Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and configure Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
• Design and maintain consolidation models, rules, and workflows
• Configure system components aligned with business requirements

🔹 Financial Consolidation & Close

• Support period-end close processes
• Manage intercompany eliminations and reconciliation
• Handle journal entries, adjustments, and consolidation activities
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

🔹 Reporting & Analytics

• Design and maintain:
  • Financial reporting packages
  • Dashboards and management reports
  • Regulatory disclosures and schedules
• Provide insights for decision-making and compliance reporting

🔹 Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and ERP teams
• Support integration with:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
  • FAH (Financial Accounting Hub)
  • EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)
• Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems

🔹 Testing, Support & Optimization

• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and validation
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support
• Continuously enhance system performance and usability

🔹 Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to:
  • Corporate consolidation policies
  • Accounting standards (IFRS / GAAP)
• Maintain strong data governance and audit readiness

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Consolidation rules
  • Intercompany eliminations
  • Journal adjustments
  • Financial reporting processes
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams (Finance + IT)
• Must be willing to work from Gurugram office (On-site role)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
• Exposure to FAH (Financial Accounting Hub)
• Familiarity with EDMCS integration
• Experience in finance transformation or large ERP projects
