Finance Manager – Manufacturing & Export Industry | Noida

Are you an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in manufacturing finance, costing, budgeting, and financial planning? We are hiring a highly capable Finance Manager for a leading manufacturing and export-oriented organization based in Noida Phase 2 (Hosiery Complex).

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–14 years of experience in finance and accounts, especially within manufacturing or plant finance environments. The role requires hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, costing, working capital management, taxation, audit coordination, and ERP-driven finance operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and the ability to work closely with operations, production, procurement, and leadership teams to drive financial efficiency and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and statutory compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Product costing and inventory valuation
• Working capital and banking management
• GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit coordination
• Import-export finance and compliance
• ERP process improvement and reporting automation
• Finance team management and cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 10–14 years of relevant finance & accounts experience
• Strong exposure to manufacturing or export-oriented organizations
• Expertise in:
  • Costing & inventory management
  • Financial reporting & audit
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Working capital & banking operations
  • GST and tax compliance
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Oracle, or similar
