✅ Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Commercial Sales Leader who can drive B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to business growth across specialized textile segments.
This role demands a strong combination of technical textile knowledge + sales expertise + customer relationship management.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B, OEM, and Institutional Sales within technical textiles.
Develop new business opportunities across Agri, Geo, Packaging, and Automotive textile categories.
Manage pricing, proposals, negotiations, quotations, and margin planning.
Provide techno-commercial support by linking technical performance with customer applications.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams for product development.
Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-oriented selling.
Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging textile technologies.
Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
Travel across India and overseas as required for client meetings or exhibitions.
✅ Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria – MUST MATCH)
✔ Strong experience in Technical Textiles or Industrial Textiles (Agri / Geo / Packaging / Automotive)
✔ Proven record in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales
✔ Techno-commercial understanding of textile applications
✔ Hands-on experience in negotiation, pricing, quotations & costing
✔ Ability to work with technical teams and understand product specifications
✔ Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills
✔ Experience in international business development (Mandatory for export-focused roles)
✔ Must be ready to travel as per business needs
