About the Role

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented 3D Max Civil Designers who can work on architectural and civil drafting, visualization, and presentation tasks. The role involves converting drawings, sketches, and site inputs into accurate 2D and 3D outputs as per client specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities (CAD Draftsman)

• Create elevations from floor plans and site photographs

• Create sections from floor plans and site photographs

• Convert old drawings into AutoCAD as per client specifications

• Convert hand sketches into AutoCAD drawings with proper measurements and layout presentation

• Ensure drawings are dimensionally accurate and properly layered

• Prepare interior design layouts and furniture layouts

• Support design and drafting tasks as required

Qualifications & Education

• Minimum 12th Pass (Intermediate)

• ITI Civil / ITI Architecture

• Diploma in Civil / Architecture (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• AutoCAD (2016 or above)

• 3D Max (Civil)

• Adobe Acrobat

• Photoshop

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic understanding of architectural and civil drawings
