Mail: Affiliate Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our growing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, campaign optimization, publisher management, and digital advertising across international markets.
The candidate will be responsible for building affiliate partnerships, managing campaigns, scaling revenue, and ensuring high-quality traffic performance across multiple verticals including mobile apps, gaming, fintech, dating, e-commerce, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and media partners globally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and advertisers.
• Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and campaign optimization.
• Coordinate with internal operations and media buying teams for campaign scaling.
• Negotiate payouts, caps, and campaign terms with affiliates and advertisers.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROI, CR, EPC, CTR, and revenue.
• Ensure fraud-free and high-quality traffic delivery.
• Manage daily communication through Skype, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Email.
• Generate revenue growth through affiliate partnerships and strategic scaling.
• Stay updated with industry trends, traffic sources, and competitive offers.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPI, CPA, CPS, SOI, DOI, and mobile app campaigns.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and traffic sources.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Prior experience in mobile app promotion or international affiliate marketing will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with platforms such as Affise, HasOffers/Tune, Offer18, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
• Understanding of Facebook, Push, Pop, Native, and Programmatic traffic.
• Existing affiliate or advertiser connections are a plus.
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset.
