3️⃣ Your Mission / What You’ll Do
Your role blends HR, Student Placement, Institutional Tie-ups, and People Engagement, making you the backbone of the placement ecosystem.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. Student Placement & Career Coordination (40%)
You will:
Coordinate placement activities across all training programs
Match student profiles to suitable company requirements
Prepare students for interviews and ensure they feel confident
Track placement progress and maintain updated placement MIS

2. Employer & Partnership Management (30%)
You will:
Build and nurture relationships with HR teams, recruiters, colleges & partners
Organize tie-ups for placements, guest sessions, and job fairs
Communicate professionally with stakeholders on requirements and updates

3. HR & Operational Coordination (20%)
You will:
Support internal HR operations related to placement activities
Manage documentation, reports, follow-ups, and communication
Coordinate interviews, assessments, scheduling & feedback

4. Event & Drive Management (10%)
You will:
Conduct campus drives, job fairs, placement weeks
Ensure smooth execution through structured planning
Follow up with employers and candidates post-selection

4️⃣ Requirements (Must-have + Nice-to-have)
Essential Requirements
3–7 years of experience in HR, Student Placement, Recruitment, or Training Coordination
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (warm, clear, confident)
Ability to engage with students and corporate HRs comfortably
Strong organizational and follow-up ability
Experience maintaining MIS, Excel sheets, and placement trackers
Professional demeanor suitable for student- and client-facing responsibilities
Comfortable working 6 days a week at OLD DLF, Sector 14, Gurgaon
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience conducting job fairs or campus hiring
Background in education, skilling, training institutes, or placement cells
Ability to counsel, motivate, and prepare students for job interviews
