Your Role (What You Will Do)

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Track actuals vs. budget and highlight key variances

2. Business Analysis

• Analyze financial and operational data
• Identify revenue trends and cost drivers

3. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting

4. Variance Analysis

• Identify deviations in cost, revenue, and profitability
• Suggest actionable improvements

5. Data Handling & Modeling

• Work on Excel-based financial models
• Handle large datasets and generate insights

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with finance and operations teams
• Support business reviews and ad-hoc analysis

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum: 1 year
• Maximum: 3 years
• Experience in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial Analysis is mandatory
• Preferred industries: Hospitality, Retail, QSR, FMCG

Education

• Mandatory: Graduation (B.Com / BBA / Finance preferred)
• MBA (Finance) is a plus

Age Limit

• Up to 28 years

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have)
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate insights

Key Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Business finance mindset (not accounting/audit focused)
• Understanding of financial metrics and KPIs
• Good communication skills
