About the Role

Take Care Trucks is seeking a dynamic and experienced logistics leader to take ownership of large-scale warehousing and dispatch operations. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain performance, and ensuring seamless product movement across India.

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Logistics & Supply Chain, you will lead high-volume logistics operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best-in-class supply chain practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage receipt, storage, and warehousing operations of finished goods
    (Approx. 13,500 MT PSF and 3,000 MT Chips per month)
  • Plan and execute dispatch operations ensuring timely delivery across regions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for demand forecasting and alignment
  • Ensure strict adherence to FIFO inventory management practices
  • Oversee transport planning, truck placement, and freight management
  • Monitor warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and space utilization
  • Drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Handle all logistics documentation (Invoices, LR, Delivery Challans, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, operators, and contractors
  • Prepare and present MIS reports for management decision-making
  • Ensure effective use of SAP modules (WM, MM, SD)

Key Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate (Distinction preferred)
  • PG Diploma in Marketing Management (First Division preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing) – Completed or Pursuing
  • Strong expertise in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management
  • Proven experience managing high-volume dispatch operations
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (WM, MM, SD modules)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting tools)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High awareness of EHS compliance and operational discipline
