💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Quality Control (QC) to lead analytical operations within the QC department.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GC-MS and LC-MS, along with hands-on experience in method development, validation, and troubleshooting. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and leadership capability to ensure quality excellence and regulatory compliance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage analytical operations within the QC department
• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods (GC-MS & LC-MS)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ICH, FDA, GMP) and internal SOPs
• Oversee analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Prepare and review analytical reports, documentation, and protocols
• Train, mentor, and supervise QC analysts and junior team members
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and regulatory teams
• Ensure proper instrument calibration and preventive maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QC processes

• Strong expertise in GC-MS and LC-MS instrumentation
• In-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry principles
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, GMP)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Proven leadership and team management skills

🎓 Qualification

• M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
• Relevant QC experience in pharma, nutraceutical, or chemical industry
