Role Overview
Orbit Global, a leading HR consulting and placement firm, is hiring a B2B Sales Executive – OEM on behalf of a growing FMCG / detergent manufacturing company.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys prospecting, coordination, and deal execution in the OEM / private label space. You will support senior OEM sales leadership by managing the front-end of the sales funnel and ensuring smooth movement of prospects from lead generation to deal closure.
Role Purpose
To support and accelerate OEM sales growth by handling prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline management, and sales coordination, enabling faster conversions and stronger OEM relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Conduct daily prospecting through:
LinkedIn outreach
Trade portals and B2B platforms
Outbound calls and email campaigns
Identify potential OEM / private label clients in detergent, homecare, and personal care categories.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain and regularly update CRM pipelines with accurate lead status.
Track follow-ups, next actions, and deal movement.
Ensure data hygiene and reporting readiness.
Sales Coordination & Execution
Coordinate sampling, documentation, and quotations with internal teams.
Support preparation of proposals and basic costing details.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the OEM Sales Manager.
Ensure timely communication between prospects and internal stakeholders.
Follow-ups & Deal Support
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects until deal closure.
Track feedback, objections, and next steps.
Assist in moving opportunities through approval and PO stages.
Market & Opportunity Research
Research new OEM opportunities, brands, and emerging players.
Track competitors, product categories, and market trends in detergents and homecare.
Share insights with the OEM sales leadership team.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, OEM sales, or FMCG sales support roles.
Prior exposure to OEM / private label business preferred.
Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and CRM tools.
Strong communication skills (email, calls, LinkedIn).
Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
Eager to learn and grow into senior OEM / B2B sales roles.
