Role Overview
Orbit Global is hiring a B2B Sales Manager – OEM Lead on behalf of a well-established and growing detergent & homecare manufacturing company.
This is a senior, revenue-critical role responsible for building, scaling, and owning the OEM / private label business across domestic and international markets. The role requires strong industry relationships, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage the full OEM lifecycle—from client acquisition to production and repeat business.
Role Purpose
To lead and scale the OEM and private label business by acquiring new B2B clients, managing end-to-end OEM sales cycles, and building long-term partnerships across detergents, homecare, and personal care categories.
Key Responsibilities
OEM & Private Label Client Acquisition
Acquire and onboard OEM / private label clients across:
Detergents
Homecare
Personal care
Develop strong relationships with brands, distributors, and international buyers.
Identify new markets, geographies, and B2B growth opportunities.
Sales Strategy, Pricing & Negotiation
Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and margin optimization.
Prepare customized proposals including:
Costing
MOQ structures
Product specifications
Close deals aligned with capacity, profitability, and long-term scale.
End-to-End OEM Client Management
Own the complete OEM client journey:
Sampling
Product approval
Purchase orders
Production coordination
Dispatch and repeat orders
Act as the single point of contact for OEM clients.
B2B Sales Funnel & Forecasting
Own the B2B sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Track leads, conversion rates, and deal progress.
Ensure accurate demand planning inputs for production and operations.
Trade Shows & Global Business Development
Represent the company at:
Trade shows
Exhibitions
Global B2B events
Generate leads, build partnerships, and expand international presence.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with:
R&D (formulations, customization)
Production & manufacturing
Quality control (QC)
Operations & supply chain
Ensure smooth execution from product development to delivery.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Manage and mentor junior sales and business development team members.
Set targets, monitor performance, and build a high-performing OEM sales team.
Candidate Profile
6–12 years of experience in OEM / private label B2B sales.
Mandatory experience in detergent manufacturing or FMCG OEM environments.
Strong understanding of:
Manufacturing processes
Costing & MOQs
Export / domestic OEM requirements
Proven track record of closing large OEM deals.
Experience handling international clients and trade exhibitions preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Commercially sharp with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.
