Backend / Platform Engineer – Onsite Role (Noida, India)

We are seeking an experienced Backend / Platform Engineer with expertise in Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and RESTful API design. The ideal candidate will architect and develop scalable backend systems ensuring high performance, reliability, and secure integrations aligned with business goals. This onsite position is based in Noida and requires immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend architectures using Python and FastAPI frameworks.

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

• Optimize and manage MongoDB databases for scalable performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence of backend systems.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of backend development and solution architecture experience.

• Strong hands-on skills in Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.

• Deep understanding of REST API standards and best practices.

• Experience with production-grade system deployment and maintenance.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Candidates from service-based IT companies preferred.
