About the Role
We are hiring a Business Head for a fast-growing SaaS company.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own end-to-end P&L, revenue growth, and business strategy, working closely with the founder to scale the organization from early-stage to high-growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Ownership & Financial Leadership
- Own complete P&L, revenue, margins, and profitability
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Optimize unit economics and profitability roadmap
- Make strategic decisions on hiring, investments, and expansion
- Report directly to the founder on performance and strategy
2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Build and scale the sales organization from scratch (0β1)
- Define and execute GTM strategies across key industries
- Own the complete sales funnel (lead to closure)
- Drive enterprise sales and large deal closures
- Establish partnerships and channel alliances
3. Operations & Execution Excellence
- Build customer success and account management functions
- Define pricing, packaging, and commercial strategies
- Implement sales operations, CRM, and reporting systems
- Ensure cross-functional alignment (Sales, Product, Delivery)
- Develop scalable onboarding and implementation processes
4. Strategic Business Development
- Identify new markets, revenue streams, and expansion opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances
- Influence product roadmap based on market insights
- Represent the company at industry events and client engagements
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- Minimum: 10+ years overall experience
- Mandatory: At least 5+ years owning P&L responsibility
- Proven track record in building revenue organizations from 0 to 1 or early-stage scale
Industry Requirement
- Must have experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales
- Candidates from SaaS / Software / IT Services startups or scaleups only
Education
- Bachelorβs degree required (MBA preferred)
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen
- Expertise in B2B SaaS sales and enterprise deal cycles
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams
- Experience in strategic business development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Preferred / Good-to-Have
- Experience in AI/ML, AR/VR, Martech, or immersive tech
- Experience working with founders or early-stage startups
- Background in strategy consulting or growth-stage companies
- Technical understanding to collaborate with product teams
