About the Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a well-established retail business with ambitious expansion plans.

This role requires a seasoned business leader with strong retail and corporate management experience, capable of driving operational excellence, profitable growth, organizational transformation, and customer-centric innovation across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and deep expertise in managing large teams, multi-location operations, and business scalability in dynamic retail environments.

Candidates from across South India who are willing to relocate to Kerala are encouraged to apply.

Jewellery industry experience is not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the organization’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives
  • Build scalable business models aligned with changing consumer behavior and retail trends

Retail & Business Operations

  • Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple locations and business verticals
  • Ensure operational efficiency, customer experience excellence, and process optimization
  • Strengthen SOPs, systems, controls, and performance management frameworks
  • Oversee store productivity, inventory management, merchandising effectiveness, and operational KPIs

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own complete P&L responsibility and drive financial performance
  • Monitor budgets, cost optimization, margins, and business productivity
  • Ensure effective working capital management and business forecasting
  • Collaborate with finance teams on strategic planning and investment decisions

Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team
  • Drive organizational culture, accountability, and employee engagement
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain

Customer & Market Excellence

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
  • Strengthen market positioning and customer experience standards
  • Monitor competition, market trends, and evolving consumer expectations
  • Support brand-building and business visibility initiatives

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with promoters, board members, and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and ethical business practices
  • Present periodic business reviews, strategic updates, and operational insights to leadership

You are a dynamic and commercially driven leader with extensive experience in organized retail and corporate management. You possess the ability to scale businesses, lead large teams, improve operational performance, and drive business transformation.

You are comfortable balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution and have successfully led large, fast-paced, customer-facing businesses.
