Job Location: Gurgaon – Udyog Vihar, Phase-4

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Professional certification in insurance will be an added advantage

Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in handling insurance claims

• Exposure to multiple insurance lines (Life / Health / Motor / General Insurance preferred)

Compensation

• Salary: ₹30,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate

• Settle claims within defined timelines while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Identify and investigate potential fraud, recovery, and discrepancy cases

• Interpret insurance policies and clearly explain coverage, benefits, exclusions, and claim status to customers

• Coordinate with insurers, surveyors, hospitals, garages, TPAs, and other stakeholders for smooth claim resolution

• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports related to claims processing

• Ensure claims are handled as per best industry practices and customer service standards

• Experience or exposure to underwriting processes will be considered an added advantage

• Ability to handle sensitive cases with professionalism and integrity

• Knowledge of underwriting principles (preferred)
